entitled to recover any recompence what- ever, for any damage sustained by such ship or vessel in such collision; and it any damage is sustained by any other ship or vessel, the owner of such ship or vessel infringing such rule, shall make such rc- compence as shall be awarded by the Court before which the case is tried.

III. In cases of collision where the damages claimed, shall not exceed twenty pounds, the same may be tried and reco— vered (if in the County) before any two Justices of the Peace, in the same way and manner as actions of trespass are tri- able; and if -in Charlottetown, before the Police Court thereof, and the amount of the judgment given, may be levied by dis- tress upon the tackle, apparel and furni- ture of the vessel, against which the deci- sion shall have been given.

N pursuance of a Decree made in this suit by his Honor the Master of the Rolls, hearing date the 31st day of May, 1864,

there will be sold by PUBLIC AUCTION, at the COLONIAL BUILDING, in Charlottetown, on SATURDAY the 24th day of JUNE next, at 1:! o’clock, noon, ALL THOSE several pieces or parcels of land, situate in the Royalty of Charlottetown aforesaid, known as Pasture Lots Numbers Five hundred and sixty-one (561), Five hundred and sixty-two, (562), Five hundred and sixty-six, (566) and Five hundred and sixty-seven, (567), in the said Royalty, as the same are laid down on the plan of the said Royalty, now or lately kept in the office of the Surveyor General for the said Island, containing in the whole FORTY EIGHT ACRES, a little more or less, together with all rights and appur tenances to the same belonging or appertaining.

y virtue of a writ of Statute Execution to me directed, issued B out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of William Sanderson, against Jeremiah Thomas, I have taken and seized, as the property of said Jeremiah Thomas, all his right, title and freehold interest, in and to Eighteen acres of land, a little more or less, situate at Burnt Point, being part of the Reserved Land adjoining the Royalty of Georgetown, with the buildings and appurtenances thereon; and I do hereby give public notice, that I will,'on the 15th day of March, 1865, at the Court House, in George- town, at 12 o’clock, noon, set up and sell at public auction, the above recited property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on said writ, being £39 133. 4d. currency, with Interest on £35., part thereof, from 14th April, 1862, until paid, besides
