The league-leading Charlotte- town Islanders of the Atlantic Coast Senior Hockey League will bolster a trio of players who were not in Monday”: line-up in their rsnka tonight as they battle the second-place Moncton 1-Iaiwks aL the Forum. For one of tho few tirnu: this season. the Islanders will be sporting four hard hitting defencamen which will make quite a change for coach Steve Brklacich and rear-guard Lloyd 1-llnchberger who for the last three weeks have been holding the fort alone.

Lorne Hennessey who has been nursing an injured shoulder for ma past week is expected back for this evening's fray. Also back after a two-week absence is defen- ceman Danny O'Connor. Copper Leyte who is presently out with an infected leg will not be in the lineup till a week from tonight.

The big news, however, is that the Islanders have recalled for- mer playing-coach Hughio Camp- bell to make up 11 complete four- man defence which the local club has lacked since early in the sea- son. Hughie, who turned over ooaching duties to Steve .Brkiaci- ch at the first of the season. has been studying at Saint Francis Xavier University in Antlgonish since he was reieaved of the Is- landers” guidance. The Islanders management last night stated that Huzhls. even though taking regu- lar defensive duties wth the Is- lsnders, intends to c tinus his studies at Saint Dunstan's Unl- varsity here in Charlottetown in the same manner that many of tho Fredericton Capitals are pre- sently doing in the New Brunswick Iapitsl.

At the first, of the season. Hiighie was one of the best players the Islanders had. We have been in- formed that he has done consider- able skating in his two-month ah- Ience from the local scene and has not likely lost too much to the old fluh which he so often morted on the local ice sheet when play- ing with Billy Watson and Billy Ford of the old Halifax St. Marys.
