Born at Bracebridge, Ont, April B, 1909. Mr. MscMillan la a graduate of law from the Uni- versity of Manitoba where he obtained his B. A. degree in i930 and his LLB. degree in i984. He entered the service of the Cana- dian National in 1987 as soi- lcitor in the law department at Winnipeg. and In 1943 was ap- pointed assistant general solicitor at Montreal. On June 1, 1045, he was appointed general counsel with jurisdiction over the law department of the system.
