The Tender must express the rates of Ferriage demanded for Passengers, Horses, Cattle, Sheep, Calves, and Swine; also for Vehicles, Luggage, per cwt., and Produce per bushel.
The names of two respectable persons, willing to become bound
for the performance of the service, must accompany the Tender. “Tender for Cardigan Ferry," must be writ.en on the envelope.

EALED TENDERS will be received at this Office until 12 o’clock, on TUESDAY, the 25th of APRIL next. from any person or persons being desirous to contract to convey Passengers, Luggage, Vehicles, Horses, Cattle, Sheep, Calves, Swine, Grain, Flour, Meal and Vegetables, over and across GR ND RIVER FERRY. Lot 56, for a period of THREE YEARS, in terms of the
Act 3d Will. 4th, cap. 8, for licensing and regulating Ferries.
The Tenders must express the rate of Ferriage on the above. severally—Luggage, Flour, Meal, at per cwt., and Grain and Vegetables at per bushel—and give the names of tWo Securities willing to become bound for the performance of the service.

Road District No. 4, King’s County.
The Subscriber will let by Auction, to the lowest bidder, the re- repairs of the Roads and Bridges in the above district, in the fol- lowing order, viz:—
On Monday, the 17th of April, next, the planking ofNorris Pond Bridge with hardwood plank, Sale at 5 o’clock, A. M.; then ex- pending £7 in the repairs of the road from Souris to Little Harbor, then £3 10 in the repairs of the St. Catherine Settlement road, and £3 10 in the repairs of the New Harmony road.
0n the 19th of April, £7 on the road from Iohn McAulay’s to Lawrence Peters,’ Sale to begin at the head of Souris; afterwards, £2 10 in the repairs of the road from Cross roads to Rollo Bay shore, then £7 10 from Rollo Bay cross road to Souris. then £12 to add Clay at Kennison’s Beach. and £9 to brush Souris beach, to collect sand.
, And on the 20th of April, at 10 o’clock, a. m., £6., wiil be ex- penned in the repairs at the Road cast of Souris River, then .123. in the repair of Bridge at John Grigory’s, £4 on the road west side of Souris River, and .153 on the road north of Messrs. Leslie’s mill.
On the 21st of April, £11 will be expended in the repairs of the Bridges from Bear River to Big Pond, sale to begin at Bear River, at 10 o’clock, a. m.; and immediately after £20 will be expended in the repair of Lot 45 Road.
