Mr. W. B. Meolsllen moved that a committee on policy consisting of three delegates, one irom each county, be appointed by the chair. The ides was to have this commit.- tee fcnnulate suggestions to be adopted or rejected by the dele- gates at the annual meeting. Mr. R. G. Mcl-aren said he did not see any harm in appointing the com- mittee even if it did no good. Mr. Austin Lcard was of the opinion that if the deiegatm had any sug- gestions to make they were quite capable oi speaking their minds.

The motion was defeated by a standing vote.

In connection with general conditions. as Presi- dent of this Association. 1 made a survey cd the whole Province dur- ing the summer months. 1t was my pleasure to visit every egg circle district and to interview either oi- iicers or members of each Circle.
