It encourages friendly rela- tions and ‘‘dialogue” with Mos- lems, Buddhists and Hindus,. and condemns any discrimina- tion for race, color or religion -jas “foreign to the mind of Christ.”

Other documents approved by the council include decrees on modernizing monks, friars, nuns and other members of religious orders, on improving the train- ‘ing of student priests and on Christian education.
