III. All articles in the following table, im- ported from any country or colony whatsoever, shall be exempt from duty, to wit :

All articles imported by the Lieutenant Gover— nor for his own use,

Blocks, rigging and sails, which may have been used to take new vessels from this Island to a market for sale, it' such blocks, rigging and sails shall be returned forthwith, alter the sale of. the vessel, direct to this Island, by the ex- porter thereof, and shall have previously paid, and shall have been charged with the duties by law imposed thereon, on the first. importa- tion thereol'into this Island,

IV. All and every the powers and authorities, provisions, rules, regulations, directions, penal- ties, forfeitures, clauses, matters and things in the said recited Act of the nineteenth Victoria, chapter one, shall severally and respectively be duly observed, practised and applied to, and put in execution in relation to the duties thereby and hereby imposed and granted, as well during the time hereby limited as after the expiration there- of', for securing, levying, collecting and recover- ing the said duties, and all arrears thereof, and all penalties and forfeitures that may have here- tofore been incurred under and by virtue of the said recited Act ; and for suing for and recover- ing all such penalties as shall have been or may be incurred in relation to the said duties, as fully and effectually, to all intents and purposes, asif' the same powers and authorities, rules, regula- tions, directions, penalties, forfeitures, clauses, matters and things were particularly repeated, and re-enacted in the body of this Act, with re- ference to the said duties hereby or thereby granted and imposed.

V. No rum, brandy, gin or alcohol shall be imported or brought. into this Islandin any cask or package, not capable of containing at least: sixty gallons ; and any person offending against the provisions of this section, shall forfeit ten pounds, for every cask or package, and the liquor
