Lonpon, Sept, 15. The Board of Trade returns show that the exports to Canada increased ten per cent. in August aad decreased two per cent, in the past eight months, compared with last year.

Minor informed him that the schconer had been boarded by the Russian cruiser Rasb nic. The Russian contented himseif with taking the catch of sealskins and surplus provisions. The Russian had aboard a number of sealing men, and the captain said that eight vessels —six British and two Americans—had been seized.
