Reign of his late 'Majesty King George the Fourth, entitled “An Act for raising a fund by an Assessment on Land, for erecting a Govern- ment House and other Public Buildings within this Island." I do hereby publicly notify the Owners, Proprietors, or Occupiors of Lands within this Island, for which the Annual As- sessmentcharged thereon by the said Act, of Two Shillings lawful money of this Island, for every hundred acres contained in the screral Townships thereof, and in the several Islands belonging thereto, and the sum of Two Shit. lings for every Town Lot, Pasture Lot, Com. monLot, and Water Lot, granted in the Town and Royalty of Charlotte~Town ; and the sum of One Shilling and Four-pence for every Town Lot, Pasture Lot, Common Lot, and “fa- ter Lot, in the Towns and Royalties of George.
