On Monday morning. Oct. 4th. there Based away W the "511 m“

Mr. Smith was a. good, honest faithful man, much beloved and respected by all in the community and will be greatly missed in com- munity and church.

The funeral was held on Wed- ne-idlly. Oct. 6th. at his late resi- dfiflw. Mermaid, at one o'clock m4 was conducted by his minister, Rev. D. K. Ross, B.A., of Pownal. The remains were conveyed by motor hearse to Margate church where a service was conducted by Rev. B. O. Salter, and burial was made in Max-gate cemetery.

Eymllathy is extended to llie bereaved widow and family.
