Y virtue of a writ of Statute Execution to me directed. issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature,at the suit- of William Murdock against Donald McAulay, Angus McAulay and John McAulay, I haVe taken and seized as the property of the said Donald McAulay, Angus McAulay and John McAulay, All their right, title and interest in and to the following tracts, pieces or parcels of land,namely; All the right, title and interest ofAngus McAulay, in and to Town Lot No. 1, third range, Letter G, in Georgetown, with the buildings and appurtenances thereon, and two tracts, pieces or parcels of land situate on Township No. 5-3,iu King’s County, the first containing 100 acres of Land, 8. little more or less, the second containing 60 acres of Land, a little more or less with the buildings an appurtenances thereon. Also all the right, title and interest of John McAulay, in and to 60 acres of Land, 3. little more or less, situate on Township No. 53, with the buildings and appurtenances thereon. out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit

of Alexander Brown,against Januarius McAdam, I have taken and

seized as the property of the said Januarius McAdam, all the right,

title and interest of the said Januarius McAdam in and to 2

certain tracts, pieces or parcels of land, situate on Township No. 38, in King’s County.

The first containing 50 acres of Land, a. little more or less, situate on Township No. 33, aforesaid, fronting on the South side of the Post Road from Charlottetowu, Eastward, with the buildings and appurtenances thereon.

The second containing 10 acres of land, a little more or less, situate on Township No. 38, aforesaid; fronting on the North side of the Post Road from Charlottetown, Eastward, with the building and appurtenances thereon; and I do hereby give public notice that I will on the 19th day of January, 1866, at the Court House in Georgetown, at the hour of 12 o’clock, noon, Set up and sell at public auction the above recited property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being .650, with in- terest on the same from the 22d day of April, 1863, until paid, together with 163 8d for the said writ, besides SheriEs fees and all

First, commencing on the Wesrcrn side of the New Glasgow Road, at the North-t" st corner of George Smith‘s, thence along George Smith’s boundary to the Iillntt‘l‘ River. thence Northwardly along the River, a sullicient distance to give a width, at right angles from said side line, of seven chains, thence North, fifty- eight degrees thirty minutes. East. to the New Glasgow Road, thence along the lload to the p_ace of commencmnent, having a width on front of seven chains, containing by estimation, thirty- eight (39) acres, be the same little more or loss.

Second, commencing on the Western side of New Glasgow Road, at a stake fixed at the North-east corner of Henry llall’s land, run- ning thence along Ilenry Ball‘s northern boundary to the Hunter River, thence Northwardly along the courSc of the River, a suf- ficient distance to give a width, at right. angles from said side line, of eight chains, thence North, fifty-eight degrci s thirty minutes East, to the New Glasgow Road; thence along the ltoad eight chains to the place of commencement, containing by estimation Thirty-six (:16) acres, be the same little more or less.

Third, one moiety or half part of the following tract. that is to say, commencing at a stake fixed on the Eastern side ol the Road leading from Charlottetown to New Glasgow, at the boundary of land formerly occupied by William Hill, and extending Sonthward- 1y along said Road,clcvcn chains, and goingback by parallel lines, North, sixty-four degrees. East, until it reaches the division line of the said Township, containing by estimation. Sixty-one (61) acres, be the same a little more or less. And 1 do hereby give public notice, that I will, on Tuesday, the 27th (lay of Febru- ary, 1866, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court llouse‘ in Charlotte- town, in the said County, setup and sell, at Public Auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ. being £85 6s 4d, besides Sherill’s fees and incidental expenses.
