N ursnance of an Act of the General Assembly 01 this Island. made and pasSed in the Twenty- fourth year of the reign of Her Majesty, Queen .Vic- toria, intituled, “ An Act relating to the Land Assess- ment at present imposed by Law on the Town and Roy- alty of Prineetown,” and, also of an Act made and passed in the Twenty-seventh year of the same reign, intituled, “An Act to consolidate and amend the sever- al Laws imposing anAssessment on. all Lands in this Colony, and for the encouragement of Education,” I do hereby give Public Notice that I have made preela- chunation according to the terms of the said Acts, of all the undermentioned Town Lots, Water Lots.
