KENSINGTON —- Rev. Harry Hobbs of Long Sault, Ont., wa [nest speaker at the regular meeting of the New London Par- llls Laymen’s Association held in St. Mark's Hall recently.

Mr. Hobbs told of the t: r e at changes caused b_v the St. Law- rence Seaway. when whole vill- ages were moved. The speaker said that the church in his own parish was moved as well as the headstones and the contents of the graveyard. A new cemetery was made in the new location. and he stated that a minister was required to be at hand at Ill times while the change was being made. V
