Mrs. Waddell spent ner girlhood in this city. She attended local schools and .1119 Brandon college and took_an act- ive part-in community affairs. She was an active worker in St. Mat- thew's pro-cathedral and a mem- ber of the 1.0.13.3. Married in 19- 22, she resided here with her hus- band until 193i when they moved to Winnipeg. In the latter city she was identified with St. Paul's Anglican church.
