Shaw. is the en- glneer in charge of field survey work. The plant is a 320 ion news mill and power development en- terprise, situated 60 miles north- east of Rimouski. on the north shore of the St. Lawrence. It is owncd by a New York newspaper and has a concession covering 2,- 500 square milrs of forest. The main plant oi the concern is at Thorald, Ontario. where Mr. An- derson has recently been employ- ed. He will take up permanent residence as soon as the summer work commences.
