Court of Judicature, and heretofore advertised to be sold, and several times pomponed, will take place at the Court House in Queen‘s County, on Tuesday, the 3d day of April next, at the hour of l20’elock, noon, —said land is described as follows:— Commcncing on the west side of the Mounghan Road at the south- east corner of land formerly in possession ofJauies Finnigan,thence west 100 chains, thence south 8 chains, thence east to the road; and thence north to the place of commencement, containing by estimation 60 acres, and is part of Lot or Township No. 36, in Queen’s County,—-amount of levy £67 155 7d, together with inter- est, Sheritf’s fees and incidental expenses.

James Yeo against John Cameron, I havo taken and seized as the property of the said John Cameron, All the right, title and leasehold interest of the said John Cameron, in and to blxty-two acres of Land, more or less, together with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate on Lot No. 16, on the Eg- mont Bay Road, near Kent’s, in Prince County; and I do hereby give public notice, that I will, on Thursday, the 13th day of De- cember, 1866, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House in St. Elea- nor’s, in the said County, set up and sell at Public Auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £37 83 35d, currency, with interest on £34 83 35, part thereof, from 30th January, 1865, until paid, and 17s for said writ, besides Sherifi’s fees and incidental expenses.
