Scramble the eggs lightly, using a. little water in place of milk and adding anything likely to make the mixture tasty, finely-minced ham or tongue, or a little of each, a rasher or so of lean bacon, also minced, a few sardines. boned and chopped. minced tomato, or a few capers are all suitable. When cold put into fresh rolls that have some of the crumbs removed to make room for it and have been buttered. These stuffed rolls make a very sustaining meal and are easy w pack.
