V‘,‘ a..- ‘ VV\»\,\,\\\\ uvvxxvv‘ ‘Am“~ - Y virtue of a writ of Statute Execution tome directed, lssued out of Her MaJesty‘s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of John churgy against James Craswell, deceased, late of Sum- merside, in Prince County, Prince Edward Island, 1 have taken and seized as the property of the said James Craswell, deceased, in his life time, All the right, title and Freehold Interest which belonged to the said James Craswell, in his life time, and of which he died seized or possessed, in and to the following described pieces or parcels of land, vim—Commencing at a stake fixed on the north-west angle of Lot of a Land willed by the late William Green to his wife, and now in the possession of Alexander Shaw; thence running north 30 deg. east 23‘.) feet; thence 41 deg. 15 min. west, 384 feet; thence south 30 deg. west 2:59 feet; thence south 41 deg. 15 min. east 381 foot, to the place of beginning,containing two acres, more or less. Also the following piece of Land, com- mencing on the south side of the Sunnnersidc Road, 40 feet from the stake of commencement of the last described tract; thence south 30 deg. east, to the shore of liedeque Bay; thence westward- ly along said Bay, a sufficient distance to make 200 feet, on a line parallel with the road aforesaid; thence north to the said road; thence eastwardly along said road to the place of beginning, con-

taining a quarter of an acre, more or less.

Also, all that piece or parcel of land situateatSummeiside afore- said, commencing on the north side of the Summerside Road, in the east angle of a Lot of Land in possession of David Pearson; thence along said David Pearson‘s land north 30 deg. east 120 feet, thence South 11 deg. 15min. east 60 feet; thence south 30 deg. west, to the road aforesaid; thence westwardly along said road to the place of beginning. Also, all that tract. etc., commencing on the north side of the Summerside Road, in Alexander Shaw's south angle; thence along said Alexander Shaw’s line north :30 deg. east 1136 feet; thence north ‘11 deg. 1.3 min. west 60 feet; thence south 30 deg. west to the road aforesaid; thence eastwardly along said road to the place of beginning, being part of the property willed by the late William Green, situate in Summersidc, Lot or Township No. 17, in Prince County; and I do hereby give public notice, that I will, on Friday the 28th day of September, 1866, at 12 o‘clock, noon, at the Court House in St. lileanor's, in the said County, set up and sell, at public auction, the said property, or as much there- of as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £176.35 7d., with interest on £167 1s 10d, part thereof, from 11th January last past, until paid, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses. Norton, George Poole and Joseph Wightinan, against Donald McLean and Michael McLean, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Donald McLean and Michael MacLean, All the right, title and freehold interest of the said Donald McLean and Michael Macliean, in and to 2.3 acres of Land, a little more or less, situate on Township No. 5.3, in King's County, fronting on the south side of DeGros Marsh, bounded on the east by land formerly owned by Hugh Mac- l’hee, and on the West, by land in possession of John McLean. together with the buildings and appurtenances thereon : and I do hereby give public notiCe that 1 will on the 2d day ofOeto- her next, 1866, at the Court House in Georgetown, at the hour of 12 o‘clock, noon, set up and sell at public auction the above recited property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £25 1(ls, currency, together with interest; on £20 105, part thereof, until paid, besides Sheriff’s fees and all incidental expenses.
