issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Ju- dicature. at the suit of John Appollinarius McDonell. against Alexander McGilveray, I have taken and seized as the prepcrty of the said Alexander MeGilveray, all the Right, Title, and Leasehold Interest of the said Alexander McGilveray. in and to all that Tract, piece, and parcel of land, situate on Township number thirty- five; being a right-angled paraleIOgram of about ten chains, bygninty chains, and bounded on the north by “’idow Norman McIntyre’s farm; on the south. by land leased toDonald Campbell; on the West, by Township line between Lots thirty-four and thirty-five ;and on the east, by Matthias McDonald’s farm; and now known as Alexander MeGilveray’s farm; containing by estimation. ninety and one-quarter acres, a little more or less. in Queen’s County. and I do hereby give Public Notice. that I will, on Tuesday, the eighth day of June next. 1869, at Twelve o'clock. noon, at the Court House, in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and Sell, at Public Auction, the said Preperty, or as much thereof as will satisfy the LeVy marked on the said \Vrit, being twenty pounds four shillings and two pence, (£20 4s. 2d,) debt and costs, besides Sheriff’s fees and all inci- dental expenses.
