Coffee Bavarian Pie: In the top of a double boiler. mix 1 envelope unflavored gelatin, 2 tbsp. sugar. 1... tsp. salt and 1 tbsp. instant, coffee.

Separate 2 eggs. Add the Vlllksi to llt r milk and beat. Stir into, the gelatin mixture. l

('onk-stir about 6 min. over holl- im: water or until the gelatin dis-i mixes and the mixture tliickensl ghghily (Zhill until as thick as molasses.

Beat the egg whites stiff, but not dry. Gradually beat in Va c. sugar; beat until very stiff. Fold into the gelatin mixture. Fold in 1 c. whip- pi-rl heavy cream.

'l'iirn into a baked 9" pastry shell. Refrigerate 4 hrs. or until tirm enough to cut.
