right, title and leasehold interest ofthc said Bartholomew Pollard, in and to all that tract, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in Charlottetown, being numbered on the Plan of Town Lots Nos. 248. 89. 90, in the First Hundre‘i of Lots in the said Town, as Lot No. Thirteen (l l), bounded, by a line commencing at a stake fixed on Dorehester Street, at the south-west corner of Town Lot No. 91. thence westwardly along Dorchester Street 40 feet, and extending back by parallel lines, 80 feet. Also, all that other tract, piece or parcel of Land, situate, lying and being in Char- lottetown, bounded as follows, that is to say—commencing at the south-east angle of Town Lot No. 23, on the north side of Water Street, thence by a line running at a. right angle with the said street northwardly, for the distance of 80 feet, thence by a line parallel to the said street.northeastwardly, for the distance of 42 feet, thence by a right angle line southeastwardly, for the distance of 80 feet to the said Street, thence following the course of the said street southwestwardly, 4‘2 feet, to the place of commencement, being one-fourth part of Town Lot No. ‘24, in the First Hundred of Town Lots in the said Town, in Queen’s County, together with the Buildings and appurtenances thereto belonging; and I do hereby give public notice that I will, on the 12th day of January, 1867, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House, in Charlottetown,in the said County, set up and sell, at Public Auction, the said Pro- perty, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £7512s 4d, with 163 8d for this writ, and inter- est on £71 15s 8d, from 27th March, 1866, until paid, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses JEREMIAH SIMPSON, Sheriff. John Aldous, Commissioner of Public Lands, against James Campbell, of St. Andrew’s Parish, I have taken and seized, as the property of the said James Campbell, All his right, title and in- terest, in and to 50 acres of Land, 11. little more or less, situate on Township No. 59, in King‘s County, with the appurtenances there- on; and I do hereby give public notice, that I will, on the 17th of November next, at the Court House in Georgetown, at the hour of 12 o’clock, noon, set up and sell, at public auction, the above rc- cited property, to satisfy the levy marked on the said Precept,
