The Resolutions from the annual convention were discussrd and dealt VIIIII. A further discussion on the proposed Institute Cock Book also took place and it was de- cided to accept a limited amount of advertising for this book. "me boy had been in ill tn for three months but it was not thought ihs end was so near. H; look a sudden turn ior the worse shortly before l o'clock and died a iew minutes later.

He was educated at Queen Square School and was well known for his ability as a, hockey player. He was connected with teams ircrn the Holy Redeemer Parish.

A quiet boy, and s. favorite with many of his friends, his earlypcleath will be felt very keenly.

Surviving are his parents and an adopted sister. His father is employed with the mall room stall at the Guardian Oiiicc.

The funeral will be held from the residence of his parents Mozi- day morning at 8.45 to the Church 0f the Most Holy Redeemer. Bur- ial will be in lhe Roman Catholic Cemetery here.

Canadian Legion Convention Here Next Tuesday

The annual convention oi the Prince Edward Island Command of the Canadian Legion B.E.S.L., will be held here 0n AllgllSt 4. Meetings will be held at the Charlottetown lfolcl and will begin at 10 am.
