Prince lidiward Island exporters to the Unit- cd States, including our fox breeders, potato shippers and lobster packers, have admittedly not benefited by the parity in exchange which has been cstahlisltcil by Finance, Minister Ilsley. It is Mr. llscly's contention, however, that Can- ada will bcncfii on the whole, but even this argument is seriously challenged by a corres- pondent in the Financial Post, who writes in part as follows:
