The Ladies' Aid of Kensington Presbyterian Church held their opening meeting at the home of Mrs. Gmce Harding on September 22. Mrs Hornce I-lcckbcrt presided.

Seven mcntbers answered the roll call with verses of scripture.

There was a. lot of discussing and planning for the annual bazanr and home cooking sale. and necessary yarn and goods necdcd. Mrs. Elnirr Bernard reported a liberal donation of several pieces of print from Mrs. George Milton of Boston. which was gratefully acknowleged. A let- ter of thanks was read from Mrs. Lloyd Crozier who was a member of this society, now residing in Hall- fnx. She thanked the membcrs for the gift sho received from the so- cictr.
