The following death warrant, probahly the oldest docuinent of the kind in exist- ence in this country, was recently discov- ered among the old papers in the court- house af Carlisle, Cumberland county, Pa The document is yellow with age, in a gocd state of preservation, and the writing is as neatand regular as copperplate print. It reads as fullows:
