OTICE is hereby given that, on application of Pierce Gual, of Montague Bridge, aforesaid, in the County of King’s, in Prince Edward Island. made to His Honor the Commissioner in Insolvency, pursuant to “ The Unfortunate Debtors’ Act, 1868,” I do, by His Honor’s directions, hereby appotnt Monday, the Nineteenth day of April next, at the Court House, in Charlottetown, at Eleven o’clock in the l‘orenoon, as the time and place for meeting of the creditors of the said Pierce Gaul, for the purpose of examining into the state of his affairs, and considering the terms of a com- promise to be offered by him under the said Act. OTICE is hereby given to all parties concerned, that I have been this day appointed Assignee of Pierce Gaul, an Insolvent Debtor, in terms of “ The Unfortunate Debtors’

Act, 1868,” and do hereby require all persons having any

property of the said Insolvent Debtor, or being in any way

I have taken and seized as the pro- perty of the said William Watson, All the Right, Title, and Freehold Interest of the said William Watson. in and to the following prOperty, viz :_ all that tract of land situate on the North side of Montague River, on Lot fifty-two, (52) and is bounded as follows, viz: com- mencing at the Western boundary of land formerly owned by Doctor Kaye, now in the possession of the said William Watson. running Westwardly along the said River, nineteen (19), chains eighty-six (86) links, till itmeets the boundary of landiowned by David Ross; thence following the said line North, to the boundary ofland owned by James and Neil Stewart; thence along the said boundary East, nineteen (19) chains eighty-six (86) links, to the aforesaid boundary of land in the possession of the said William Watson; thence along the said boundary South. to the. place of commencement, containing one hundred and fifty (150) acres of land, a little more or less, and is in thevoccupation and posses- sion of William Annear. seventy-five (75) acres, and Widow Emery, seventyafive (75) acres. likewise situated on the North side of Montague River,

and bounded on the East by landownedby D. Forbes,on the North. by land owned by Duncan Stewart and John Dewar.. on the West by land owned by the said William Watson, and in the possession of William Annear, and on the South to the place of commencement, along the said Montague River, containing two hundred (200) acres of land. a little more or less. and is. at present leased to Pierce Gaul. all lying and being in King’s County; and I do hereby give Public Notice that I will, on Friday the twentieth day of January, A. D. 1871. at the hour of twelve o’clock, noon. at the Court House, in Georgetown, in the said County, set up and sell at, public Auction. the above recited property, or asmuch thereof as will satisfy the Levy marked on the said Writ, being for the sum of forty-six pounds seventeen shillings and seven-pence, (£46 178. 7d.) with interest thereon, from the twentieth day of March, A.
