issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Jo. dicature. at the suit of George Howatt against George Trowsdale, I have taken and seized, as the property of the said George Trowsdale. all the Right, Title and Leasehold Interest of the said George Trowsdale, in and to all that tract. piece and parcel of land, situate on Township Number 29. in Queen’s County, in the said Island, bounded as follows:- on the north by a road leading from Tryon to Anthony Collett’s Mills; on the cast by land in the possession of Hugh Campbell; on the south by the old Tryon Road. and on the west by land in the possession of William Oaks. containing Fifty (50) acres. more or less. together with all heredit- aments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or ap- pertaining; and Ido hereby give Public Notice that I will, on Tuesday. the Twenty-third day of March. one thousand eight hundred and sixty-nine (1869), at the hour of Twelve o’clock, noon, at the Court House, in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell, at Public Auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being Fifty-one pounds eight shillings and two pence. toge- ther with Sheriff‘s fees and all incidental expenses.

issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit Of Hugh McIvar against Bernard McCai-vell, 1 have taken and seized, as the property of the said Bernard McCarvell, all the Right. Title and Leasehold Interest of the said Bernard McCarvell, in and to all that Building Let and premises situate on Township Number Twenty-nine, in Queen’s County, near the W'harf at Crapaud, having a front of fifty feet, and running back a distance of one hundred and thirteen feet, together with a Dwelling House, &c.,&c., thereon; and I do hereby give Public Notice, that I will, on Tuesday. the Twenty-second day of September, One thousand Eight hundred and sixty- cight, (1868) at Twelve o’clock, noon, at the Court House. in Charlottetown. in the said county, set up and Sell. at Public Auction. the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the Levy marked on the said \Vrit. being Twenty-seven pounds and one shilling, (£27 ls.) with interest on £22 1s. from 30th November last. until paid, besides Sheriff’s fees and all incidental

expenses.

Road Compensation.

PUBLIC NOTICE.

HEREAS. a Commission hearing date the 24th

day of February, 1868, has been issued to us un-

der and by virtue of an Act passed in the 14th year of the reign of Her present Majesty Queen Victoria, inti-

tuled, “ An Act to regulate the laying out and altering of Highways, and the Act in amendment thereof. whereby we are commanded to estimate the damage or advantage that may accrue to those persons who are interested in the land through which a. certain new road is intended to pass, leading from Narrow Creek towards Grand River Bridge. past McDougall’s Mill, in Lot or Township Number 54.

Now. we do hereby give Public Notice to all persons concerned. that we will commence the execution of the said commission by attending at the house of John Mc- Millan, in said Township, on Monday, the 6th day of April next. at the hour of ten o’clock, in the forenoou of the same day, and proceed along the said intended new line of road, and complete the said commission ac- COrding to law.

Given under our hands the 4th day of March, 1868.
