ROAD COMPENSATION ACT. PUBLIC NOTICE. V IIEREAS a Commission has been issued. directed to, us, under and by virtue of an Act passed in the (our, teenth year of the reign of Her present Mayesty Queen Vic-l toria. intituled “ An Act to regulate the laying out and: altering of High ways.” and of the Act in amendmentthere- of, whereby we are commanded to estimate the damage or advantage that may accrue to those persons who are inter- rested in the Land through which a new road is Intended to pass. on the North side of Michael Magher's land, to- wards Big Miminigash, ToWnship No. 2.

Now we do hereby give Public Notice to all persons con- cerned, that we will commence the execution of the said Commission. by attending at the Farm of Michael Magher. on MONDAY, the 20th day of JUNE next, at the hour of ten o‘clock, forenoon. in order to complete the said Com- mission according to Law.

PUBLIC NOTICE.

HEREAS a writ has been issued to us, under and by virtue of an Act passed in the fourteenth year of the reign of Her present Majesty Queen Victoria, intituled “ An Act to regulate the laying out and altering of ighways.” and of lithe Acts in amend- ment thereof, whereby we are commanded to enquire what damage or advantage will accrue to those persons who are interested in the Land through which a certain New Road is intended to be made, commencing at the East end of the Upper Westmorland Road and terminating at John McNally’s, on the Melville Road.

Now, we do hereby give public notice to all parties concerned, that we will commence the execution of said writ, by attending at the East end of the said Upper Westmorland Road, on the 15th day of June next, at the hour of 11 o'clock, in the forenoon of the same day, and from thence we will proceed along the said new line of Road and complete the inquest according to Law.

date the 19th day of April, have been appointed to estimate what damage or advantage will accrue to the owners or occupiers of Land through which a new road is intended to pass, leading from the Hills River Road to the Western Road, on the line between Townships Nos. Four and Five.

We do hereby give public Notice, that we will commence the execution of the said Commission by attending at Mr. George McRae’s, Hills River Road, at the hour of 2 o’clock. in the afternoon, on MONDAY, the 19th day of JUNE next, and thence proceed along the said new line of Road, and complete said commission according to Law.
