Executrix of the last Will and Testament- of Donald Beaten, deceased, against James McDonald, 1 have taken and seized as the property of the said James Mac- Donald, ALL the right title and freehold interest of the said Jas. McDonald, in and to Two hundred acres of Land. :1 little more or less. with the houses and appurtenances thereunto belonging, on

' Lot or Township No. 47. fronting on the Gulf shore, bounded on

the West by land in possession of Donald McDonald, on the East by land in possession of Alexander McDonald, and on -the South by land in posScssion of Ronald McDonald, in King's County; and I do hereby give public notice, that I will, on Thursday, the 29th day of November, 1866, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House in Georgetown, in the said County, set up and sell, at public auc- tion, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being for the sum of £287 0 5d, and in- terest on £250, part thereof until paid, also 168. 8d for said writ, besides Sheritf’s fees and incidental expenses. ‘ Y virtue of a writ ofStatute Execution to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of Edward Gay against Alexander Finlayson, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Alexande’r Finlayson,all the right, title and freehold interest of the said Alexander Finlayson, in and to 25 Acres of Land, with the buildings thereon, situate on Lot or Township No. 57, near Point Prim Light House, in Queen’s County ; and I do hereby give public notice, that I will on the 17th day of March, 1866, at 12 o'clock, noon, at the Court House in Charlottetown in the said County, set up and sell, at Public Auc- tion, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £28 163 8d., with interest on £25, from the 21st day of March, 1864, until paid, 163 8d for this writ, besides Sherilf’s fees nnd incidental expenses.
