This week’s column is dedicated to those students in the pursuit of law and justice, in other words tips on awards for law students. In addition to the awards listed below I would advise students to consult the university they wish to attend for additional financial aid information.

Congratulations are extended to Gordon Cobb, president of the Student Union on his awarding of a Commonwealth Scholarship. Gordon will be studying towards a Master in Arts Degree at the University of Exeter in England.

On Saturday, March 8, at 7:30 p.m., Gordie Munro of Toronto will be playing at the Barn. He is here on the invitation of the Association for Baha’i Studies at UPEI. Gordi, who is formally of Halifax, performs in a variety of musical styles: Pop, Rock, Rhythm & Blues, Folk, Blues, Swing and Country. He has tra- yelled to places such as Antigua, Costa Rica, into the United States and throughout Canada and has held concerts in Yale & Columbus University and Princeton.
