out ot Her Majesty’s Supreme Court cf Judicature, at the suit
of Frederick P. Norton, George Poole and Joseph \l’iglitman, against Donald McLean and Michael McLean, I have taken and seized, as the property of the said Donald 'McLean and Michael McLean, All the right, title and freehold interest of the said Don- ald McLean and Michael McLean, in and to 25 acres of Land, a little more or less, situate on Lot or Township No. 55, in King‘s County, fronting on the south side of DcGros Marsh, bounded on the east by land formerly owned by Hugh McPhee, and on the west by land in possession of John McLean, together with the buildings and appurtenances thereon; and I do hereby give pub- lic notice that I will on the second day of October next, ISGU, at the Court House, in Georgetown, at the hour of 12 o’clock, noon, set up and sell at public auction, the above recited property, or as much thcrcofas will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £25 105, currency, together with interest on £20 10s, part, thereof, until paid, besides Sherilf's lees and incidental expenses.
