Quarterly Session at Winsloe~A Large Attendance.

The Grand Division of Prince Edward Island met in quarterly session yesterday with Holdfast Division at Winsloe There was nota very large attendance at the morning session, but the afternoon session was largely attended. The public meeting in the evening was attended by an immense concodirse of peor le.

The reports cf the Grand Offisers show- ed the Order tobe ina flourishing ccn- dition. The financial statement showed a snug sum totbe credit of the Order in the Dominion Savings Bank.

The matter of erecting a fountain on the Market Square in memory of the de ceased workers ,in the temperasce cause, promoted by Orient Divisiou, was taken up and discussed by the Grand Division. Sympathy was expressed with the project, but nothing wasdone pending turther action by Orient.

Mr. D. Arbing,G..W.P., presided at the public meeting in the eveniug. The address of welcome was delivered by Bro. Herbert Toombs and responded to by Bro. Walter Simpson. Addresses were also delivered by Rev. W.J. Kirby, G. W. P., and by J. C. Clarke, P. G. W. P.,ara Bro. Henry Rackham. The ad-
