Pursuant to the provisions of the Prince Edward Island Potato Mar- keting Scheme as authorised by the provisions of the Asricultural Products Marketing (Prlnceildwsrd Island) Act, the Prince Edward Island Pctato Marketing Board hereinafter called the ”Pototo Board" hereby orders snd deter- mines as follows:

(1) Board Order No. 2 passed on the 6th day of November, AD. 1900. providing for s Iev on desi- ers of one cent per hun (1 lbs. of potatoes shipped or expcrtod from Prince Edward Island. is hereby repealed subject to the provision that every dealer shall oontinu! liable in pay to Tile Potato Board the full amount of the charge or levy which is now due or accruing due and unpaid in , t of pots- toes shipped cr marketed up to this date.

(2) For the purpose of establish- ing s fund in connection with the Prince Edward Island Potato blur- ketlng scheme every produce! shall pay to the Potato Board I charge or levy at the rats of one cent per hundred pounds of pots- tcea in respect of all potatoes sold or marketed by such , d .

(3) Every dealer shall be an agent for the Potato Board for the collection of said levy or chargo from the producers whose potatoes such dealer ships or exports.

(4) Every dealer when purchas- ing potatoes in Prince Edward Island shall deduct from me Im- ount payable by hi.rn to the Vendor of same the amount of the ssid levy or charge in respect of the potatoes so purchased by him.
