' Y virtue of a writ of Ficri Facias to me directed, issued

out of ller Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at .the suit of Robert Bruce Stewart against Brien O’Brien, 1 have taken and seized as the property of the said Brien O’Brien, All the right, title and leasehold interest of the said Brien O’Brien, in and to One hundred acres of Land,

more or less, situate on Lot 30, on the Green Road, bounded as follows :—commencing at a stake set on the north side of" the Green Road, so called, at the South-west angle of a tract of land leased unto James Conway ; thence along said | Green Road, west, ten chains, at a rectangle, and from ; these two points, two parallel lines north, one hundred : chains, together with the buildings and appurtenances‘ thereunto belonging, in Queen’s County ; and 1 do hereby give public notice, that I will, on Thursday, the 28th day of February, 1867, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court [louse in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell, at pub- lic auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being 1164 15s 6d. { 16s 8d. for this writ, besides Sheriff‘s fees and incidental expenses. directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of Adolphus Hardy and William Desmond, against William Bradford Dean, I have taken and seized as the property of the said \Villiam Bradford Dean, All the right, title and freehdd interest of the said William Bradford Dean, in and to a Fishery Reserve, con- taing One acre of Land, more or less, together with the buildings and appurtenances thereon, and is bounded as fol- follows, viz: on the North by the \Vaters of the Gulf; East by a Reserve formerly occupied by Francis Arsencaux; South by Joseph Perry’s land or farm ; and West by the Road leading from the said Shore and Fisheries to Nail Pond settlement, being a part of Township Number One, in Prince County ; and 1 do hereby give public notice. that I will, on the 10th day of March, 1860, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court llousc in St Eleanor’s, in the said County, set up and sell, at public auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being 514692 138 4d , (four thousand six hundred and ninety-two palinds thirteen shillings and four pence), be- sides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses.
