The winner was G. Barley with a one hitter, including five walks and three strike outs. The loser was Tete Gregory. He was relieved in the ninth inning by Reg Flannigan who was later felieved by Shepherd. They gave up seventeen hits, walked nine and struck out one. Gregory was credited with the loss.

Gallant and Trites each had four hits for the winners. Jerry Kane was the lone hitter for the Dodgers.
