I have taken and seized, as the property of the said Francis Boys, All the right, titl: and leasehold interest of the said Francis :loys in and to one hundred and twenty-two acres of land. a little more or less, with the buildings and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate on the Appin ltoad, Lot or Township Thirty, in Queen’s County; and I do hereby give public notice, that I will, on the Fourteenth day of September, 1567, at Twulve o’clock, noon, at the Court House in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell, at Public Auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being Thirty four pounds twelve shillings and two pence, besides, b‘heritf's tees and incidental expenses. this suit, hearing date the Seventeenth day of March last, there will be sold by Public Auction, in the apartment occupied as the Court of Chancery, in the Colonial Building, Charlottetown, on SA'rt‘unAY. the Third day ol‘ Novnnnnu next, at the hour of Twelve o‘clock. noon. ALL that piece ol Land, situate in the Parish of Richmond, on Township Number Seventeen, Comprised in a certain Mortgage executed by the said William Henry Ellis and Hannah Ellis. his wife, to one Henry Smith, bearing date the 'I‘weuty-iit'th day of September, 1655', and by the said Henry Smith assigned to William Dodd, the complainant, the same being bounded as follows: commencing at a stake fixed in the North side of the Main Suunncrside Itoad, twenty feet East of the division line between the lands now or lately the property oi Jonathan Weatherbe, Esq., and the lands of Mr. llobert Ellis; thence run- ning North thirty degrees East, tWo hundred and seventy cet; thence East thirty degrees South, two hundred and fortyfcet; thence houth thirty degrees West, on to the said Summerside Road; thence West thirty degrees North along the said Itoad to the stake started from. Also a Water Lot, in front of the said Lot and side of Main Road, one hundred and thirty feet by forty feet, eom~ rneneing from a stake in a line with the North line running thirty degrees East on the shore ironting Dedequc L’ay. Together with all easements, rights and appurtenances to the said lands and premises respectively belonging or appertaining.

IS Excellency the Lieutenant Governor in Council was this [- day pleased to fix and determine the rate at which the amount of the Invoice of Dutiable Goods imported into this Is. land from the United States of America, shall, in estimating the duties payable thereon, be reduced into current money of the Island, as t‘ollow.<:--
In all cases where such Invoices Shall be made out in Dollars and Cents of the paper currency of the United States. the amount of such InVoice shall be reduced into current money of this Island, by allowing for each Dollar the sum of Form antennas, and in the like proportion for any traction of a Dollar; of winch all Collec- tors of Impost are to take notice and govern themselves accor.
