Fellowes, All the right, title and leasehold interest of the said Robert A. Fellowes in and to two hundred and fifty acres of Land, little more or less, with the buildings and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate on Lot or Township Number ThirtyJour, in Queen’s Coun- ty; and I do hereby giVe public notice that I will, on the Twenty- seventh day of March, 1867, at twelve o’clock, noon, at the Court House, in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell, at Public Auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being five hundred and thirty pounds sixteen shillings and eight pence, with interest on five hundred and thirty pounds, part thereof, from the eleventh day of August last until paid, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses. ROAD COMPENSATION ACT. PUBLIC NOTICE.

lIEI‘tEAS a Commission has been issued, directed to as, \ under and by virtue of an Act passed in the fourteenth year of the reign of Her present Majesty Queen Victoria, intituled “ An Act to regulate the laying out and altering of llighways;” and of the Acts in amendment thereof, whereby we are commanded to estimate the damage or advantage that will accrue to the parties through whose land a new line of lload is intondcd to pass along the line dividing the Farms of Peter McKcnna and Peter Ayl- worth, and through William McCallau’s farm to the Palmer’s Road.

Now we do hereby give public notice to all parties concerned, that we will commence the execution of the said Commission by attending on the said line of head, at or near William McCallan’s, on MONDAY, the 11th day of MARCH next, at the hour of 11 o’clock, in the forenoon of the same day, and proceed in accordance with the terms of the Act 14th Vic., cap. 1, and ot the Acts in amendment thereof.
